***VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES*** April 16, 2024 SAUKVILLE MUNICIPAL CENTER and VIA ZOOM 639 E. GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Bill Rudolph- present, Pamela Duckark-present, Jesse Duckart-absent, Wendy Smith, and Brandon Ashley. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Chief Rob Meyer, Julie Friede, Richard Witkowski, Scott Fischer, Lillian Wiese, Craig Smith, Abigail Smith and Preston Smith. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CEREMONIAL OATH OF OFFICE – VILLAGE TRUSTEE Friede administered Oath of Office to incoming Trustees. TRUSTEE APPOINTMENTS Nowlen/Rudolph made a motion to approve the Trustee appointments as presented. Motion Carried. COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS Nowlen/Rudolph made a motion to approve the Committee appointments as presented. Motion Carried. CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF April 3, 2024 MEETING. P. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to approve minutes of April 3, 2024. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein welcomed the new trustees Hebein thanked Fischer for his years of service to the Village of Saukville and the community. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR Wagner welcomed the new trustees. Wagner thanked Fischer for his leadership, dedication and years of service to the Village of Saukville and awarded him with a plaque. Wagner acknowledged Seitz in his absence, stating he stopped at the Village Hall earlier in the day and thanked him for his service and awarded him with a plaque. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. Public Works/Cemetery Committee Next Scheduled Meeting May 14, 2024. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Library Board No Report. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Rudolph reported on the Meeting of April 10, 2024. Rudolph stated minutes would be provided at a later date. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None.
