ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS –PETITIONS Resolution #1403 – 2023 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) Nowlen/Smith made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1403 – 2023 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR). Motion Carried. J. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to approve Resolution #1403 – 2023 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR). Motion Carried.
