Resolution 2-2024 Destruction of Records Discussion and possible motion to approve resolution 2-2024 which authorizes the destruction of old Borough and Police records. Saxonburg Winter Festival Road Closure Discussion and Possible Motion to close Main Street from the Bakery to the Church for Saxonburg Winter Festival 2024 Scheduled for February 24th from 10:30am-5:30pm. Police Reporting System Discussion and possible Motion to approve the proposal made by InSync systems in the amount of $27,170.00 for the new Police reporting system to be purchased as presented. Executive Session Announcement Under the terms of Act 84, Section 8A, subsection 1, Council would meet in Executive Session just prior to adjournment, to discuss employee, contract, and/or public safety matters.
