Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 December 23, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, John Polster Absent: Barbara Blanchard, Denise Brucker,  Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of November 25, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Ms. King was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Transfer of 505 Craig Street to City - Resolution 2013-18. Mr. Polster reviewed a purchase offer made to the City for $5,000, said owner to repair property and place on the market. Transfer of the property back to the city will allow this sale to move forward. Ms. King made a motion to transfer the property to the city, and Mr. Riggi seconded the motion which passed unanimously.  Authorize payment to City for Barrett St. demolition reimbursement - Resolution 2013-19 Mr. Strichman explained that during 2013, wage garnishments of the person convicted of setting the fire that destroyed to SURA owned properties on Barrett Street resulted in payments to SURA totaling $2623.79. The City is still carrying a receivable on this fire from SURA. A motion to authorize payment of $2,623.79 to the City as partial reimbursement was made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Ms. Porterfield and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Mr. McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 6:39
