Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 January 27, 2014 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Carl Erikson, Peggy King, John Mootooveren, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, John Polster Absent: 1 Vacancy  Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:57 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of December 23, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  Adopt Meeting Schedule for 2014 – Resolution 2014-01. A Calendar was presented by Mr. Strichman setting meetings for 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 110 on nights when regularly scheduled City Council meetings are held. A motion to adopt the calendar was made by Ms. King, seconded by Ms. Perazzo, and passed unanimously.  Transfer of 952 Albany Street, 1001-03 Strong Street, 459 Hattie Street and 1335 State Street to the City of Schenectady - Resolution 2014-02. - A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Porterfield was seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. King was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. Mr. McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 6:58
