Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 February 24, 2014 DRAFT Present: Vice-Chair Peggy King Members: John Mootooveren, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, John Polster Absent: Mayor Gary McCarthy, Carl Erikson, 1 Vacancy  Vice-Chair King called the meeting to order at 6:54 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of January 27, 2014 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  Transfer of five properties to City - Resolution 2014-03 Osterlitz Avenue 49.61-1-23.2 1459 Broadway 49.37-1-10 551 Summit Avenue 49.31-3-45 744 Hamilton Street 49.32-3-29 351 Schenectady Street 49.32-6-2 A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Porterfield was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Ms. King declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 DRAFT
