Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 March 24, 2014 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveren, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, Anthony Ferarri Absent: None  Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:41 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of February 24, 2014 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  Transfer of five properties to City - Resolution 2014-03 Property Address Tax Parcel I.D. Tenth Avenue 49.71-1-1 23 Willow Avenue 49.68-5-51 Lansing Street 49.39-2-5.3 A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Porterfield was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. King was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.
