OPENING Call to Order Council President Yeargin called the meeting to order at 6:33p.m.  It was motioned by Councilmember Love and Seconded by Councilmember Maxwell to begin the Closed Session. The motion carried. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Charl Jones, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Lamar Maxwell, Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk, Councilmember Reveral Yeargin Absent: None The City Council, Mayor and Executive Team met in a Closed Session for the purpose General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (10) “To discuss public security, if the public body determines that public discussion would constitute a risk to the public or to public security, including: (i) the deployment of fire and police services and staff; and (ii) the development and implementation of emergency plans”;  The City Council, Mayor, Executive Team, NCO Officer met in a Closed Session in accordance the General Provision (10). The meeting was adjourned at 7:34p.m. The Closed Session was held at Seat Pleasant City Hall The Councilmember's who voted to Close the meeting: Jones, Love, Maxwell, McCarthy, Porter, Sistrunk and Yeargin Submitted by, Dashaun N.
