APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Board Member Chrissy Meyer made the motion to adopt the agenda. Board Member Sims seconded the motion. Discussion followed. NEW BUSINESS a. Bicycle Crash Analysis Lacock provided a presentation on Bicycle Crash Statistics for the City of Sioux Falls. Discussion followed. b. Construction Detours and Routes Presentation Philips provided a presentation on Construction detours and routes. Discussion followed. c. Pedestrian Advisory Committee Report Jeff Schmitt, Planning Projects Coordinator, provided an update on the following: presentation on tactile delineators, a Draft Complete Streets report, and ADA Transition Plan report. Meyer motioned and Sims seconded to have the Complete Street Report placed on the October ATB agenda. Motion passed. Meyer motioned and Sims seconded to have the ADA Transition Plan report placed on the November ATB agenda. Motion passed. d. Bicycle Committee Report Lacock reviewed the following: Class 2 E-Bike discussion tabled by Parks Board, Complete Streets Report, 15th Street Bicycle Boulevard update, Bicycle Plan update. Hartmann asked if speed data and traffic counts could be provided. e. PATH Report Sims provided an update on Harrisburg School District issues that were discussed.
