CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Trebilcock, Hartmann, Holmquest, Hutchinson, Meyer, Palfy, Pickard, Sims, Philips present. Trebilcock called the meeting to order and read the meeting procedures. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Board Member Chrissy Meyer made the motion to approve the agenda making the ADA Transition Plan an informational item. Board Member Sims seconded the motion. Voice vote to approve: 8 Yes: Hartmann, Holmquest, Hutchinson, Meyer, Palfy, Pickard, Sims, Philips 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Board Member Chrissy Meyer made the motion to approve the minutes from October 18. Board Member Palfy seconded the motion. ADA Transition Plan Wes Philips presented the ADA Transition Plan regarding pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way. Philips indicated that the sidewalk inventory map, yearly evaluation, and other data are available on the new City website. Philips presented the self-evaluation for 2022 demonstrating that the City has made significant progress in addressing ADA issues. Sims stated that the time it takes to complete repairs to address ADA issues is a concern. b. Pedestrian Committee Report Lacock stated that no meeting happened in November but that the Pedestrian Plan was adopted by City Council on November 14, 2023. c. Bicycle Committee Report Lacock stated that the meeting included discussion of the AARP and League of American Bicyclists Bicycle Audit program and stated that the committee would be working on that moving forward. Holmquest stated that she had been in contact with Falls Area Bicyclists. Lacock stated that the Bicycle Plan was adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2023. Lacock stated that discussion of Class II electric bicycles is being brought back before the board in January. d. PATH Report Hoftiezer reviewed crossing requests for Laura B Anderson and Heyward Elementary schools. ADJOURN Lacock stated that there will be no meeting in December with the next meeting being on January 17, 2024. Lacock stated that the first meetings of the year would include e-bikes, bicycle and pedestrian crash statistics and complete streets review. Trebilcock stated that this was his last meeting as Chairperson and thanked the board. Board Member Jacqueline Palfy made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Meyer seconded the motion.
