CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Lacock called the meeting to order and read the meeting procedures. Lacock, Philips, Sims, Hutchinson, Hartmann, and Meyer present. Holmquest online. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Board Member Chrissy Meyer made the motion to approve the agenda. Board Member Sims seconded the motion. Motion was amended to state that Holmquest was present at the April meeting. Action List Lacock discussed the top seven action items determined at the April meeting. Philips stated that the APS action item will revise the ADA transition plan yearly update to show the number and location of APS devices being installed. Lacock stated that the action items should be assigned to staff or subcommitees for further investigation. Pedestrian Committee will be assigned APS tracking and installation and crosswalk design standards. The Bicycle Committee will be assigned DMV and bus bicycle rack and promoting bicycling to events. PATH will be assigned Safe Routes to School. City staff will be assigned letters of advocay and pilot programs. NEW BUSINESS a. Sub-Committee Report Hoftiezer provided an update on the PATH subcommittee meeting. Lacock provided an update on the Bicycle Committee meeting including the Trail Safety presentation and an electric bicycle bike share proposed in Sioux Falls. Discussion followed. Schmitt presented the Pedestrian Committee update. b. Trail Safety Campaign Update Kollars presented the trail safety campaign for the Greenway Trail which is being implemented in preparation for the Class II e-bike roll-out on June 1. Sims provided input regarding ADA compatible design for the proposed signage and safety information format. Discussion followed. c. 2023 Bike Crash Data Lacock presented the 2022 Bicycle and pedestrian crash data in graphs and maps. Discussion followed. ADJOURN Lacock adjourned the meeting.
