MINUTES Friday, January 31, 2014 Charter Revision 1:00 PM at Carnegie Town Hall Commission Meeting 235 West Tenth Street Members Present: Dennis W. Aanenson, De Knudson, Robert Thimjon, Pauline Poletes, and Richard O. Gregerson Members Absent: None Staff Present: David Pfeifle, City Attorney and Tamara Jorgensen, CMC, Assistant City Clerk Guests: Lorie Hogstad, CMC, City Clerk; Connie Ideker, City Clerk’s Office; Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager; and David Bixler, Budget Analyst 1. Call To Order Commission Chair Pauline Poletes called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. 2. Approval Of Minutes A. January 23, 2014 A motion was made by Robert Thimjon and seconded by De Knudson to approve the minutes. Commission Chair Poletes called for a voice vote and all members voted yes. Motion Passed. Commission Chair Poletes thanked the Charter Revision Commission members, City Attorney David Pfeifle, Paralegal Cari Hanzel and Assistant City Clerk Tamara Jorgensen for their participation and assistance with the Charter Revision Commission Meetings. 3. Adjournment A motion was made by Robert Thimjon and seconded by Dennis W. Aanenson to adjourn the meeting at 1:02 p.m. Poletes called for a voice vote and all members voted yes. Motion Passed.
