MINUTES Charter Revision Commission Meeting Monday, January 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Commission Members Present: Catherine Dekkenga (via tele-com), Anne Hajek, Carl Zylstra (via tele-com), Eric Erickson (via tele-com) Commission Members Absent: Lawrence Long Commission Chair Ann Hajek called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes A. December 13, 2023 A motion was made by Vice Chair Dekkenga and seconded by Commission Member Zylstra to approve the minutes of December 13, 2023. Voice vote to approve. 4 Yes: Dekkenga, Hajek, Zylstra, Erickson; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 3. Public Input There was none. Comments were provided by citizen, Mike Zitterich, through a previously submitted handout that was made available during public input and subsequently attached to the agenda packet. 4. Open Discussion There was none. 5. Adjournment A motion was made by Commission Member Zylstra and seconded by Vice Chair Dekkenga to adjourn the meeting at 4:02 p.m. Voice vote to adjourn. 4 Yes: Dekkenga, Hajek, Zylstra, Erickson; 0 No: (None).
