Introduction of Brandon Hanson, DTSF CEO Brandon Hanson, new DTSF CEO introduced himself to the Board. 3. Overview of BID Services Hanson provided an overview of the services being provided throught the BID. 4. Overview of DTSF vs. BID Budgets Hanson provided overview of the BID Budget for 2025 and P & L Report splitting out how the funds would be utilized. 5. Updates on Ambassador Program, Investments, and Marketing Hanson provided updates on the Ambassador Program and the new app through JIA that they will be using to track the movements and work the ambassadors are accomplishing on a daily basis. Additonal details on the increase in marketing efforst was discussed. 6. Priorities/Needs of the BID Discussions on the future growth of the BID that will naturally occur and when future evaluation should occur on the next phases of the BID Growth Plan. Future discussions with the board and property owners will contemplate these efforts. OTHER BUSINESS/OPEN DISCUSSION Next meeting will be in August to review and approve this year's assessment.
