MINUTES Installation Ceremony Friday, May 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Welcome by Mayor Paul TenHaken Mayor Paul TenHaken began the ceremony at 10 a.m. and noted the presence of Council Members Jensen, Merkouris, Neitzert, Selberg, and Soehl. 2. Invocation A. Reverend Brett Best, Emmanuel Baptist Church 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. City Council Vice-Chair Remarks by Council Member Rich Merkouris Council Member Rich Merkouris gave some remarks. 5. At-Large Council Member A. Oath of Office administered to Richard L. Thomason by the Honorable Judge John Pekas. At-Large Council Member Richard L. Thomason recited the Oath of Office. 6. Southwest Council Member A. Oath of Office administered to Ryan Spellerberg by the Honorable Judge John Pekas. Southwest District Council Member Ryan Spellerberg recited the Oath of Office. 7. Northwest Council Member A. Oath of Office administered to Jennifer Sigette by the Honorable Judge John Pekas. Northwest District Council Member Jennifer Sigette recited the Oath of Office. 8.
