MINUTES Monday, March 1, 2010 Informational Meeting 4:00 p.m. at Carnegie Town Hall Sioux Falls City Council 235 West 10th Street Members Present: Kenny Anderson Jr., Gerald Beninga, Vernon Brown, J. Pat Costello, Greg Jamison, De Knudson, Bob Litz, and Kermit Staggers. Members Absent: Mayor Dave Munson. Staff Present: Debra A. Owen, City Clerk, and Denise D. Tucker, CMC, Assistant City Clerk 1. Call To Order Council Chair J. Pat Costello called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. 2. City Council Staff Report A. Updates by Debra A. Owen, City Clerk No report. 3. Mayor Munson No report. 4. Audit Committee Jamison said their next meeting is on March 25th. No report. 5. Fiscal Committee Beninga said they would be meeting today following the Informational Meeting, for a Digitial Imaging Update and a review of the status of the Council budget. 6. Land Use Committee No report. 7. Public Services Committee Brown said they would meet next week after the Informational Meeting to discuss the wheelchair transport issue. 8. City Council Open Discussion Owen reminded the Council that at tonight’s meeting, Item 12 is a deferred action item and there is a motion pending on it. She said they will have to vote on it first. Owen informed them that there is another amendment for the item. 9. Presentations  There were none. 10. Adjournment Council Chair Costello adjourned the meeting at 4:02 p.m. Denise D.
