Public input on non-agenda items - Chair Brett Glirbas shared his recent ridership experiences  Phyllis Arends updated the Board about an individual challenged with transportation following a hospital stay. A Community Health Worker (CHW) wondered if they could obtain Pass It On bus passes with Sandford clinics. Hilda Sanchez-Herrera told the group about a recent ridership experience on behalf of a client. Unfinished Business . 2024 Via/SAM System Update Staff: Overview of how services performed in 2024 Fixed route and on-demand are up 7% year-over-year. September 2024 Sioux Area Metro Reimagine was launched. Red, blue, and gray were the most popular in 2024. 26,400 on-demand rides were provided. Paratransit rides were up 12%. In 2025 Sioux Area Metro will work to striking a balance between on-time performance and rider experience. . February 3, 2025 Change Day Adjustments Staff: Sioux Area Metro will be going to the airport, timetable adjustments, earlier morning services on the Purple, Orange, and Red routes, beginning at 6:00AM. Free fixed route and paratransit rides the week of February 3rd for implemented Change Day updates. New Business . Paratransit Rider's Guide Update Staff: There were changes to contact information and minor policy changes. . Immediate Concerns Process Staff: Please report concerns immediately to suport@siouxfallstransit.com for prompt response. Waiting for a PTAB meeting will delay any solution. Operations Report . Year End Ridership Update Staff: SAM Total Ridership for 2024: 591,994, up from 2023 – 557,814. Adjourn
