Drewel Building & Remote Meeting SPECIAL MEETING PRESENT: Committee Chair Mead Committee Vice-Chair Low Committee Member Nehring Committee Member Dunn Committee Member Peterson Cynthia Foley, Council Staff Cheri Danner, Assistant Clerk of the Council CALL TO ORDER Committee Chair Mead called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. and provided instructions for those wishing to provide public comment for both in-person and remote via Zoom . ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Motion 23-355, amending the 2019 Annual Action Plan to 2023-0859 reallocate supplemental Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Funding Cynthia Foley, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report and explained the motion amends the Action Plan to allocate an additional $53,926.10 in funds to the YWCA of Seattle-King County-Snohomish County for the Landlord Engagement Program (YWCA-LEP). She noted the total allocation of funds for the YWCA-LEP is now $182,186.10. ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislation Session September 20th for consideration. 2. Motion 23-367, approving and authorizing the Snohomish County 2023-0994 Executive to execute the AAA State Federal Agreement #2369-50009 Amendment 01 with the State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services Meeting adjourned at 11:03 a.m. Page 2 of 2
