Ordinance 24-042, approving agreement with the State of 2024-0968 Washington Department of Ecology for wellsite inspections ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session June 12th to set time and date for public hearing. [Clerk Note: Ordinance 24-042 was moved to the Consent Agenda in error and will be placed on the Regular Agenda June 12th General Legislative Session, instead] 2. Motion 24-217, authorizing the Executive to sign the agreement to 2024-0939 conduct an inventory of onsite sewage disposal systems throughout Snohomish County with Amalgam, LLC ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session June 12th for consideration. 3. Motion 24-246, authorizing the Executive to sign the agreement 2024-1139 with Blueshoes Media, LLC, dba, The Vida Agency to perform a community assessment of the Snohomish County Health Department ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session June 12th for consideration. 4. Motion 24-226, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-1034 sign the Low Income Program Agency Agreement Amendment No.1 with Puget Sound Energy ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session June 12th for consideration.
