Ordinance 24-048, approving and authorizing an amended and 2024-1205 restated Snohomish County Regional Public Safety Communications Agency Interlocal Agreement ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 3rd to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Ordinance 24-051, approving and authorizing the County Executive 2024-1215 to sign the Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Capital Fund Interlocal Agreement with the local agencies of Arlington, Brier, Bothell, Darington, Edmonds, Everett, Gold Bar, Granite Falls, Index, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Stanwood, Sultan And Woodway ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 3rd to set time and date for public hearing. Nicole Gorle, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for Items 3, 4, and 5: 3. Ordinance 24-050, approving services agreement with Public 2024-1213 Health - Seattle & King County to provide medication services ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 3rd to set time and date for public hearing. 4. Ordinance 24-049, approving Amendment No. 22 to consolidated 2024-1212 contract with Washington State Department of Health and providing authority for future amendments regarding DCHS-Emerging Infections Program Resp-Net ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 3rd to set time and date for public hearing.
