ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Committee Chair Nehring announced that he will be changing the order of the agenda and taking up the Discussion Item first. There were no objections by committee members. Overview of Countywide Support Post-Disaster 2022-0440 Jason Biermann, Department of Emergency Management Director Jason Biermann, Dept. of Emergency Management Director, provided a PowerPoint presentation and spoke about countywide support post-disaster in Snohomish County. He spoke in detail about the threat of earthquakes and preparedness in Snohomish County. Mr. Biermann responded to questions from Gerry Morrier, resident of the Cathcart Way area. Committee Chair Nehring asked Mr. Morrier to leave his contact information if he had further questions. There were no questions from committee members. (Committee Member Wright left the meeting at 10:53 a.m.) ACTION ITEMS 1. Motion 22-178, approving Spring 2022 Open Space Applications 2022-0406 Ryan Countryman, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a detailed staff report. Scott Lindquist, Planning & Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation. He provided an overview of the administrative process and provided a review of the properties for the following 15 applications. ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session, April 27th to set time and date for a public hearing. a.
