Committee Chair Low called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Martin Cutch, resident of Sultan, spoke about Sky Valley Sportsman Park.
Lisa, resident of Lake Stevens, spoke about the proposed sportsman club.
Brett Coleman, resident of Bothell, commented on Sunset Road.
Brenda, resident of Bothell, spoke about Sunset Road.
ACTION ITEMS
Ryan Countryman, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following items.
1. Motion 24-205, approving Property Officer of the Department of 2024-0837
Facilities and Fleet to sign Temporary Easement on behalf of
Snohomish County Surface Water Management Department in
favor of Snohomish County for access and restoration activities
affecting portions of Tax Account Numbers 32081100201000,
32081100200300, 32081100200400 and 32081100500900; also
known as the Chatam Acres River Restoration Project
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session May 29th for
consideration.
2. Motion 24-219, authorizing the County Executive to sign an award 2024-0935
letter with the Department of Ecology for new electric vehicle
chargers at Snohomish County main campus parking garage
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session May 22nd for
consideration.
3. Motion 24-198, approving and authorizing the execution of 2024-0557
Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Aalta
LLC to provide database administration services
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session May 29th for
consideration.

execute the Professional Services Agreement with CMX Medical
Imaging for Medical Imaging Software
ACTION: Move proposed substitute motion to Consent Agenda, General
Legislative Session May 29th for consideration.
5. Motion 24-212, approve and authorize the County Executive to 2024-0866
execute Amendment 4 to the Agreement for Technical Services
between Looking Glass Analytics, Inc. and Snohomish County
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session May 29th for
consideration.
6. Motion 24-218, approve and authorize notice to proceed with 2024-0876
payment for year 2024-2025 Microsoft Support Services
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session May 22nd for
consideration.
7. Motion 24-199, approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal 2024-0828
Agreement between Snohomish County and the Alderwood Water
& Wastewater District concerning utility construction associated
with the 36th/35th Ave West: 164th Street SW - SR 99 Road
Project

8. Motion 24-216, authorizing the County Executive to sign an 2024-0900

Conservation and Natural Resources, provided an update on the proposed
shooting park project and discussion ensued.
2. Parks - 4-H Faculty Update 2024-1007

Dr. Ashley Hall , WSU Extension 4-H Coordinator and Anthony Gromko, Director
WSU Exension provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to
questions.
3. Parks - Comp Plan Update 2024-0944

Due to lack of time, this discussion was rescheduled to the June 4, 2024, Public
Infrastructure and Conservation Committee.
