Motion 24-230, authorizing the sale of twenty-five (25) units of 2024-0965 surplus ER&R and Property Management Equipment Deb Bell, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. ACTION: Move to consent agenda, General Legislative Session, June 12th for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Parks - Comp Plan Update 2024-0944 Carol Ohlfs, Conservation and Natural Resources Continued from May 21st Public Infrastructure and Conservation Committee Meeting Sharon Swan, Parks Division Manager, provided an introduction and Carol Ohlfs, Parks Planner, provided a presentation. Ms. Swan and Ms. Ohlfs responded to questions from Committee Members Dunn and Low. 2. Enterprise Resource Planning Update 2024-1149 Viggo Forde, Department of Information Services Director Viggo Forde, Department of Information Services Director, provided a presentation. He responded to various questions from committee members. Nathan Kennedy, Finance Director, responded to questions related to ARPA funding. Meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m. Page 2 of 2
