Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Monday March 21, 2016 7:00 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Robert Jeroloman called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:03 pm on March 21, 2016, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Robert Jeroloman – Mayor o John Hickey – Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Dennis Lynch – Attorney o Robert Corrado – Planning Board o Julius Sas – Planning Board o Stanley Kimball – Planning Board o James Campbell – Planning Board Absent o Manny Aleixo – Planning Board o Dorine Sas – Trustee o James LoFranco- Trustee  Village Special Counsel o Attorney Dennis Lynch discussed the SEQRA process.  Public Comments o Lisa Scheetz - asked if applicant is in bankruptcy court.  Correspondence o n/a  Mayor Comments o None Adopted: June 26, 2017  Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Monday March 21, 2016 7:00 P.M.  Trustee Comments n/a  Abstract o n/a  New business • Resolution (15) - Resolution pursuant to SEQRA determining significance of action. Motion to accept by Deputy Mayor Hickey, seconded by Trustee Mullany. Resolution passed. 3 Ayes – Mayor Jeroloman, Trustee Hickey, and Trustee Mullany. 2 Absent.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting by Deputy Mayor James Hickey, seconded by Trustee James Mullany at 7:18pm. 7 Ayes. 3 Absent.
