Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Monday April 11, 2016 7:00 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Deputy Mayor John Hickey called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:02 pm on April 11, 2016, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o John Hickey – Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Dorine Sas – Trustee o James LoFranco- Trustee Absent o Robert Jeroloman- Mayor ➢ Public Comments ➢ Correspondence o McGoey, Hauser & Edsall PLLC draft of Speed Study regarding Merriewold Lane South dated April 8, 2016. o Memorandum dated April 7, 2016, from the Village of South Blloming Grove Planning Board regarding Peanut Holdings. o Letter dated April 4, 2016, from James M. Farr, PE, Farr Engineering, expressing his interest in providing engineering services to your village. ➢ Mayor Comments o None ➢ Public Comments o Victor Zammit, 29 Virginia Ave, concerned about the annexation by Allegro. Also Captial Hill is in disarray - it is not maintained: 19 Virginia and the first house on Roanoke. o Theresa Campo, 52 Fort Worth Place, reflector lights are on all night on the back of the houses on 48-58 Fort Worth Place. The street needs to be patrolled.  Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Monday April 11, 2016 7:00 P.M. o Donna McGoldrick, 44 Dallas Drive, also added about the lights on Fort Worth, she said 2 guys with hoodies put the lights up. She called Blooming Grove. They said they cannot get back there. ➢ Abstract o Motion to adopt the abstract by Trustee LoFranco seconded by Trustee Sas; 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. ➢ New business o Resolution No. (18) – Resolution authorizing the purchase of signage to be erected at the entrance to Worley Heights on Duelk Avenue. Motion to accept by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee Sas. Resolution passed. 4 Ayes – Deputy Mayor Hickey, Trustee Mullany, Trustee Sas and Trustee LoFranco, 1 Absent, Mayor Jeroloman. o Resolution No. (19) – Resolution authorizing Village Surveyor, Gary Rich, to prepare surveys of Village Property in order to obtain elevation certificates for Village Buildings. Motion to accept by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee Sas. Resolution passed. 4 Ayes – Deputy Mayor Hickey, Trustee Mullany, Trustee Sas and Trustee LoFranco, 1 Absent, Mayor Jeroloman o Resolution No. (20) – Resolution authorizing the purchase of replacement water meters. Motion to accept by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee Mullany. Resolution passed. 4 Ayes – Deputy Mayor Hickey, Trustee Mullany, Trustee Sas and Trustee LoFranco, 1 Absent, Mayor Jeroloman o ➢ Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting by Trustee LoFranco, seconded by Trustee Sas at 7:35pm. 4 Ayes.
