Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Wednesday September 14, 2016 2:00 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Jeroloman called to order the Village Board Meeting at 2:00 pm on September 14, 2016, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Robert Jeroloman – Mayor o James Mullany – Trustee o James LoFranco- Trustee Absent o Dorine Sas – Trustee o John Hickey – Deputy Mayor  Public Comments o None  Correspondence o None  Trustee Comments o None  Business o Resolution No. (82) – Authorizing the Mayor to execute agreement with Tilcon New York, Inc. and Reclamation, LLC for reclamation and paving work on Tappan Drive, Red Bird Drive and village hall driveway. Motion to accept by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee LoFranco. Resolution passed. 3 Ayes –Mayor Jeroloman, Trustee Mullany, and Trustee LoFranco; 2 Absent, Deputy Mayor Hickey and Trustee Sas.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee LoFranco at 2:05 pm. 3 Ayes, 2 Absent.
