Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Public Hearing Monday September 26, 2016 7:01 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Jeroloman called to order the Public Hearing regarding the Special Permit Application submitted by Cookoo’s Nest LLC. at 7:01 pm on September 26, 2016, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Robert Jeroloman – Mayor o John Hickey- Deputy Mayor o James Mullany – Trustee o Joe McKay - Village Attorney  Absent The following persons were absent: o Dorine Sas – Trustee  Opening o The Public Notice was read by the Clerk.  Public Comments o None  Close o Motion to close the public hearing but leave the public hearing open for written comment by Trustee LoFranco seconded by Trustee Mullany at 7:06 pm. 4 Ayes, 1 Absent.
