Village of South Blooming Grove Special meeting Wednesday January 23, 2019 2:00 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor LoFranco called to order the Village Board Meeting at 2:0 p.m. on January 23, 2019, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o James LoFranco- Mayor o John L. Ross – Deputy Mayor o Sue Anne Vogelsberg – Trustee o James Mullany – Trustee o Dennis Lynch, Esq. – Special Counsel The following person were absent: o Johnny Belfort – Trustee  Business o Special Counsel Dennis Lynch presented that numerous complaints of violations have been received regarding the permit issued to Derech Emanah. He advised that they were presented to the applicant and the applicant’s counsel has responded. o Resolution (005) - Motion to suspend Permit #01-2019 issued on January 3, 2019 to Derech Emanah LLC. Motion to accept by Trustee Ross, seconded by Trustee Vogelsberg. Resolution passed. 4 Ayes Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Vogelsberg, Trustee Mullany. 1 Absent, Trustee Belfort.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting at 2:05 p.m. by Deputy Mayor Ross, seconded by Trustee Vogelsberg. 4 Ayes Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Mullany, Trustee Vogelsberg. 1 Absent, Trustee Belfort.
