Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Cont’d Public Hearing August 21, 2019 Wednesday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson James Campbell called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 7:31 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Campbell opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call The following persons were present: o James Campbell - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o Pete Piampiano – Member o A.Dennis Williams – Alternate Member o Joseph McKay, Esq. – Special Counsel  Correspondence o Memorandum from the Planning Board dated August 15, 2019 regarding 13 Dallas Drive  Business o Chairperson Campbell read the memorandum received from the Planning Board requesting the Public Hearing for 13 Dallas Drive be adjourned for forty-five to sixty days. o Due to a scheduling conflict, Attorney McKay is unable to attend meetings held on the fourth Thursday of the month. o After review of the calendar along with availability of the board members a motion was made to accept the Planning Board’s request to adjourn the Public Hearing and reschedule the Continued Public Hearing as a Special Meeting for Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 7:30 pm by Member Ayala, seconded by Chairperson Campbell, 3 Ayes, 0 Nays.  Public Comment o Shirley Mende, San Marcos – Inquired what the ZBA is reviewing in regards to 13 Dallas. Chairman Campbell offered the ZBA is reviewing a zoning code determination regarding building height. Adopted: October 10, 2019  Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Cont’d Public Hearing August 21, 2019 Wednesday 7:30 P.M. o Kristie Johnson, Amy Road – Asked for an explanation of what the Planning Board has asked of the ZBA. Chairman Campbell provided information that the Planning Board is requesting an interpretation of the zoning code.  Adoption of Minutes o Motion to adopt meeting minutes of June 27, 2019 by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Piampiano. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting at 8:04 p.m. made by Member Ayala and seconded by Chairman Campbell. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays.
