Village of South Blooming Grove Regular meeting Monday November 25, 2019 7:00 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Mayor LoFranco called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on November 25, 2019, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o James LoFranco- Mayor o John L. Ross – Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Sue Anne Vogelsberg – Trustee o Johnny Belfort - Trustee o Joseph McKay, Esq. o Dennis Lynch, Esq. ➢ Correspondence: o None. ➢ Comments The Mayor announced that the Village’s Holiday Lighting would be held on December 4, 2019. The County awarded a $90,000 grant to the village for storm drain improvements on Lake Shore Road. ➢ Public Comments o None ➢ Business o Resolution No. (114) – Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove setting the date and hours for a public hearing on a proposed local law to establish a wellhead protection overlay. Motion to accept Deputy Mayor Ross, Seconded by Trustee Mullany. Resolution passed. 5 Ayes, Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Vogelsberg, Trustee Mullany and Trustee Belfort. ➢ Abstract o Motion to adopt the Abstract by Trustee Vogelsberg, seconded by Trustee Ross, 5 Ayes, Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Vogelsberg, Trustee Mullany and Trustee Belfort. 1  Village of South Blooming Grove Regular meeting Monday November 25, 2019 7:00 P.M. ➢ Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting at 7:04 p.m. by Trustee Vogelsberg, seconded by Trustee Mullany. 5 Ayes, Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Vogelsberg, Trustee Mullany and Absent Trustee Belfort.
