Village of South Blooming Grove PUBLIC HEARING Monday July 13, 2020 7:01 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Mayor LoFranco called to order the Village Board Public Hearing regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program at 7:01 p.m. on July 13, 2020, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o James LoFranco- Mayor o John L.
