Village of South Blooming Grove Planning Board Public Hearing August 6, 2020 7:16 P.M. Call to order: o Chairperson Douglas called to order the Planning Board Public Hearing at 8:31 p.m. on August 6, 2020, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Douglas opened the Board Meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. ➢ Roll call: o Chairperson Douglas conducted a roll call. The following persons were present o Manny Aleixo – Member o John Giovagnoli – Member o Eric Vogelsberg – Member o Daniel Kraushaar, Esq. – Special Counsel o Michael Weeks – Village Engineer o Bonnie Franson – Village Planner o Absent o Michelle Rivera – Member o Raleem Brodhead Moses – Alternate Member ➢ Public Hearing o Notice of a Public Hearing regarding an application by Metro Asset Management to the Planning Board to grant Final Site Plan Approval, Pursuant to Section 235.55 of the Zoning Code on property in the Village of South Blooming Grove, shich property is located at 577 New York State Route 208, Tax Map Section 219, Block 1, Lot 2 as well as any other relief sought in the application. ➢ Public Comments o No public comment received. o No comments received from Facebook Live. ➢ Business o Chairperson Douglas explained that the same conditions required for preliminary site plan approval will pertain to the final site plan approval. ➢ Adjournment: o Motion to close the public hearing by Chairperson Douglas at 8:32 p.m., seconded by Member Vogelsberg. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, 1 Absent.
