Village of South Blooming Grove REGULAR MEETING Monday August 10, 2020 7:00 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Mayor LoFranco called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:04 p.m. on August 10, 2020, at the South Blooming Grove Fire House Hall located at 819 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o James LoFranco- Mayor o John L. Ross – Deputy Mayor o Sue Anne Vogelsberg – Trustee o Johnny Belfort – Trustee o Patricia Morrice - Trustee o Joseph McKay – Village Attorney ➢ Correspondence: • None ➢ Public Comments • None ➢ Mayor and Trustee Comments o Mayor LoFranco announced that the water filtration project is moving forward. The village is looking for additional well locations. The village has started the re-curbing of Sears Road, Green Road and Galveston; this project was budged late last year in the 2020 budget to be completed this year. Water restrictions are still in place and we ask that all continue to conserve water as much as possible. o Trustee Vogelsberg reminded residents to complete their Census form. ➢ Abstract o Motion to adopt the Abstract by Deputy Mayor Ross, seconded by Trustee Vogelsberg, 5 Ayes, Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Vogelsberg, Trustee Morrice and Trustee Belfort. ➢ Business o Resolution No. (29) - Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove establishing the polling location and hours of voting for village elections. Motion to accept by Trustee Vogelsberg, seconded by Deputy Mayor Ross.
