Village of South Blooming Grove Public hearing PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Monday June 14, 2021 7:02 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Kalaj called to order the Village Public Hearing at 7:19 p.m. on June 14, 2021via Zoom Webinar 91358324505 for the South Blooming Grove located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. The Village Clerk read the Public Hearing Notice regarding Property Maintenance Chapter 102 of the Village Code.  Roll call The following persons were present: o George Kalaj- Mayor o Abraham Weiss – Deputy Mayor o Yitzchok Feldman – Trustee o Asher Guttman – Trustee o Zalmon Rosner - Trustee o Scott B. Ugell, Esq. – Village Attorney o Kerry Dougherty – Village Clerk  Hearing o A notice to correct within 5 days was posted on the following properties on or about May 10, 2021 – 5 Green Road, 39 Duelk Avenue, 3 San Marcos Drive, and 24 Fort Worth Place. o Failure to Correct the condition within five days. o The Village Board set a public hearing for June 14, 2021. Said public notice was posted on properties and forward to the last know address of property owners by certified mail on or about May 27, 2021. o The Village Board found the respondents (5 Green Road, 39 Duelk Avenue, 24 Fort Worth and 3 San Marcos Drive) guilty of the violation by majority vote. Trustee Rosner made a motion, Mayor Kalaj seconded. 5 Ayes – Mayor Kalaj, Deputy Mayor Weiss, Trustee Feldman, Trustee Guttman and Trustee Rosner.  Adjournment o Motion to close the public hearing at 7:26 p.m. by Trustee Guttman, seconded by Mayor Kalaj. 5 Ayes, Mayor Kalaj, Deputy Mayor Weiss, Trustee Feldman, Trustee Guttman and Trustee Rosner.
