Village of South Blooming Grove Board of trustees Regular Meeting Monday December 16, 2024 8:00pm  Call to order Deputy Mayor Weiss called to order the Village Board Meeting at 8:00pm on December 16, 2024, for the Village of South Blooming Grove located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Abraham Weiss – Deputy Mayor o Zalmon Rosner – Trustee o Asher Guttman – Trustee o Scott Ugell Esq. – Village Attorney o Kerry Dougherty – Village Clerk o Absent – George Kalaj – Mayor o Absent – Yitzchok Feldman - Trustee o Absent – Al Fusco Village Engineer o Absent – Isaac Ekstein – Legislative Aide to Mayor o Absent – Joel Stern – Confidential Assistant to the Mayor  Deputy Mayor’s Comments o Deputy Mayor wanted to thank the DPW for plowing snow very nice.  Correspondence o None  Business o Resolution No. (69) – Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove authorizing the Village of South Blooming Grove Fire Company No. 1 Inc. to participate in the Orange County Fire Mutual Aid Plan.
