Date: November 20, 2017
Minutes
Dana Boke called the meeting of the Spearfish Board of Adjustment to order at 6:12 PM on
Monday, November 20, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Services Centre with the
following members present: Boke, Hodgs, Jacobs, Klarenbeek, Lee and Schmit. Clark was
absent. Also present were City Administrator Harmon, Assistant Finance Officer DeNeui, City
Planner Watson and City Attorney Davis.
Hodgs moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to approve the minutes of Spearfish Board of
Adjustment dated May 1, 2017 and November 6, 2017.
There being no further business before the Board of Adjustment, Schmit moved, Lee seconded
and all voted to adjourn at 6:13 PM.
