Spearfish City Council Board of Adjustment Date: December 18, 2017 Minutes Dana Boke called the meeting of the Spearfish Board of Adjustment to order at 6:28 PM on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Services Centre with the following members present: Boke, Clark, Hodgs, Jacobs, Klarenbeek, Lee and Schmit. Also present were City Administrator Harmon, Finance Officer Dutton, City Planner Watson and City Attorney Davis. Jacobs moved, Schmit seconded and all voted to approve minutes from SBOA 11-20-2017. Mayor Boke opened a public hearing at 6:32 PM to consider Resolution 2017-37 – Variance request at 303 Meier. Owners Jamie and Reggie Hunt spoke on their own behalf. There were no other oral or written comments and the public hearing was closed at 6:33 PM. City Planner Watson explained the request, presented the criteria and findings and stated that Planning Commission recommends approval Lee moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to approve Resolution 2017-37 for the variance. There being no further business before the Board of Adjustment, Lee moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 6:33 PM. Dated this 18th day of December 2017.
