Minutes November 21, 2018
The Spearfish City Council met at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in Special
Session. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll Call was taken with the
following City Council members present: Clark, Hodgs, Jacobs, Klarenbeek, Lee and Martin.
Also present: City Administrator Harmon.
Clark moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to adjourn to executive session for a personnel
matter pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(1) at 12:01PM.
Council returned from Executive Session at 12:44 PM. There being no further business before
the Council, Hodgs moved, Lee seconded and all voted to adjourn at 12:44 PM.
