Spearfish City Council Special Session Minutes December 16, 2021 4:00 p.m. The Spearfish City Council met at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Clark, Hodgs, Klarenbeek and Rath. Absent: Jacobs and Hourigan. Also present: Interim City Administrator McDonald and Human Resource Director Mathis. Klarenbeek moved, Hodgs seconded and all voted to approve the agenda. Executive Session – Clark moved, Hodgs seconded and all voted to enter executive session under SDCL 1-25-2(1) to discuss the qualifications, competence, performance, character or fitness of any public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee. Council returned to regular session at 5:08 p.m. There being no further business, Clark moved, Rath seconded and all voted to adjourn at 5:08 p.m. Dated this 16th day of December, 2021.
