Notice of Quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Memorial Library Board City of Spearfish, SD April 5, 2024 A ground-breaking event will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10:45 am to 11:30 am at the project site of the new bandshell in City Park, located at 115 S. Canyon Street, to celebrate the beginning of the new bandshell construction project. In accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Memorial Library Board may be present. No official business will be decided.
