Request authorization to hire Mark Sachara as the Fire Chief, grade 23, step 6, $35.07 ($72,945.60 annually – Exempt), per employment contract. 3. Finance Office A. Request authorization to write-off eleven old checks that have been returned to the City as non-sufficient funds or account closed for a total of $480.59. B. FYI - Accepting sealed bids for a Package Liquor license in Council Chambers on April 25th at 1:30 PM. 4. Planning and Zoning A. Board of Adjustment public hearing on 4-18 to reduce a front yard setback for a residence locate at the southwest corner of 12th and Federal Streets. B. Request from Mountain Plains 1 and 2 for an encroachment agreement to allow a rock garden to be installed at their sign at the south end of Canyon Street. 5. City Administration A. Reminder – Neighborhood Discussion Meeting at the Spearfish Senior Center on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 6PM to 8PM. B. Reminder – City of Spearfish will host the Chamber Gone Fishin Mixer partnering with Steerfish Steak and Smoke and Highmark Federal Credit Union – Thursday April 21, 2016 from 5PM to 7PM second floor of City Hall.
