Public Works Water Line Connection – Public Works Administrator Johnson reviewed a request for Council approval for water line connection outside city limits for Crow Peak Brewery. The facility is expanding and will need fire suppression system; however the private well currently used does not have capacity for this. Crow Peak will pay tap fees and line extension fees with building permit. City Planner Watson stated although the agreement has the standard voluntary annexation clause, it is not recommended that annexation be pursued as the property is currently disconnected from adjacent properties within City limits. Committee recommended approval to Full Council.
