THE FOLLOWING MINUTES ARE SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION AND ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES UNTIL APPROVED BY THE SPRING HILL PARKS ADVISORY BOARD Spring Hill Parks Advisory Board Meeting Minutes November 20, 2017 CALL TO ORDER Doug D’Albini called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present: Doug D’Albini Laila Reis Tommy Holland Absent: Mark Squire George Eshnaur Staff Present: Ryan Crowley, Parks Superintendent Meeting Attendees: None APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Laila Reis, seconded by Tommy Holland to approve the agenda. Motion carried. FORMAL BOARD ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes: October 16, 2017 Motion by Laila Reis, seconded by Doug D’Albini to approve minutes. Motion carried. DISCUSSION 2. Lake Rules – The Parks Board had a discussion regarding implementing new Lake Rules for usage at Veteran’s Park/City Lake. The following additions will be recommended to the City Council in January of 2018. a. Requirement of 1 life vest per person on all watercrafts. b. No wake c. Boat size restrictions of 16 feet STAFF REPORTS  ANNOUNCEMENTS & REPORTS  Tommy Holland was introduced as the newest member of the Parks Advisory Board.
