ROLL CALL The Chairperson called the roll of the Parks Advisory Board. With a quorum present, the meeting commenced. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Caitlin Downey, seconded by Katie Sparks, to approve the agenda. Motion carried. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION None FORMAL BOARD ITEMS Approval of Minutes: June 21, 2021 Motion by Katie Sparks, seconded by Heather Dubon, to approve the meeting minutes. Motion carried. DISCUSSION  In-depth conversation regarding proposed nomination criteria and process for future Legacy Park program. Application will be modified by Chairman to reflect proposed changes during discussion. General consensus to remove grading rubric from the nomination process. Applications will be reviewed at monthly meetings; nominees will be recognized at annual dedication.
