The St. Charles Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, June 8, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth floor
of City Hall in the City Council Chambers to consider the following matters:
Call to Order and Call the Roll
1. Case No. BOA-2015-8. Address: 1724 Brookline Drive (Jeanne Renna). Request to decrease the rear
yard setback for an addition from 25 square feet to 23.95 square feet as regulated in
§400.150(E)(5)(c) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property
is R-1E Single-Family Residential District. (Ward 4)
2. Case No. BOA-2015-9. Address: 1708 Sibley Street (Bill and Sharon Hunn). Request to increase the
maximum size of a detached accessory structure (garage) from 537.53 sq. ft. to 884 sq. ft. as
regulated in §400.530(A)(7) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject
property is R-1E Single-Family Residential District. (Ward 9)

The next meeting of the Board of Adjustment is scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2015 on the fourth floor
of City Hall in the City Council Chambers, 200 N. Second Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.
