Case No. BOA-2018-02. Address: 991 Portwest Drive. (Lionel York) Request to reduce the required side yard setback for an accessory structure from twenty five (25) feet to ten (10) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(c) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District (Ward 4). 2. Case No. BOA-2018-03. Address: 1551 Wall Street. (Esse Health). Request to increase the maximum height of a building-mounted sign from thirty-five (35) feet to fifty-four (54) feet as regulated in §400.1490(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned C-2 General Business District (Ward 6). 3. Case No. BOA-2018-04. Address: 104 South Main Street. (Leonard Hyman) Three (3) Requests. 1st - Request to increase the maximum allowable signage from fourteen (14) square feet to 19.02 square feet as regulated in §400.1830(B)(2)(a) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 2nd - Request to increase the maximum number of projecting signs for a single tenant from one (1) to two (2) as regulated in §400.1830(B)(2)(b) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 3rd – Request to overturn the determination made by an Board of Adjustment Agenda 1  administrative official, specifically to allow an A-frame or Sandwich Board sign to not be located directly adjacent to the tenant space/building. The property is zoned CBD Central Business District within the HDD Historic Downtown District overlay (Ward 1).
