Case No. BOA-2018-05. Address: 901 Time Center Drive. (Excel Signs & Design). 4 requests. 1st - Request to increase the number freestanding signs associated with a multi-family development from one (1) to three (3) as regulated in §400.1790(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 2nd – Request to increase the number of wall mounted signs associated with a multi-family development from one (1) to two (2) as regulated in §400.1790 (A)(2) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 3rd- Request to increase the maximum area of a wall mounted sign from six (6) square feet to eighteen and one half (18.5) square feet as regulated in §400.1790(A)(2) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 4th - Request to increase the maximum height of a wall mounted sign from ten (10) feet to fifty five (55) feet as regulated in §400.1790(A)(2) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned PD-C Planned Development-Commercial (Ward 3). 2. Case No. BOA-2018-06. 4 Hineman Circle. (Nate & Julie Droste) Request to reduce the required rear yard setback for a primary structure from twenty five (25) feet to twenty (20) feet as established in Hineman Woods Estates Preliminary Development Plan via Ordinances #06-06 & #06-111. The property is zoned PD-R Planned Development - Residential (Ward 10). Board of Adjustment Agenda 1 3. Case No. BOA-2018-07. 3500 Harry S. Truman Boulevard. (Bax Engineering - Cliff Heitmann). 4 requests. 1st - Request to reduce the front yard setback from thirty-five (35) feet to twenty-six (26) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(b) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 2nd – Request to reduce the side yard setback from twenty-five (25) feet to sixteen (16) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(c) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 3rd- Request to reduce the rear yard setback from thirty (30) feet to fifteen (15) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(d) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 4th - Request to reduce the setback from a residential district boundary from one hundred (100) feet to forty-four (44) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(a) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District (Ward 6).
