Case No. BOA-2019-05. Address: 38 Eagle Spur Court (Chesterfield Fence & Deck). Request to decrease the required rear yard setback for an attached deck from fifteen (15) feet to thirteen (13) feet as regulated in §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1E Single-Family Residential District (Ward 4). 2. Case No. BOA-2019-06. Address: Lot 17A of the Resubdivision of Lot 17 of Fountain Lakes Commerce Center Plat 3 (Cliff Heitmann – Bax Engineering Co). Request to decrease the required front yard parking setback from thirty five (35) feet to twenty nine (29) feet as regulated in §400.250(E)(9)(a) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. Request to decrease the setback from a residential district for open pen associated with Petropolis Pet Resort from two hundred (200) feet to fifteen (15) feet as regulated in §400.230(B)(2) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances.
