The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, March 28, 2016 at 5:00 pm on
the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as

2. Approval of Minutes of February 22, 2016 Meeting
3. Discussion of the Covington Lift Station Slope Repair Project
4. Approval of an Ordinance accepting, sanitary sewer utilities, and their appurtenances at
University Commons completed by The Desco Group and authorization for full release of
escrow funds for improvements listed
5. Authorization to Acquire Right-of-Way for Randolph Street Water Main Relocation Project
6. Authorization to enter a contact with George Butler Associates, Inc. in an amount not to
exceed $83,570.00 for the Watson Street 12 FF Fire Flow Improvement Project
7. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Heggermann Inc. for City Well #10 in an amount
not to exceed $995,989.00
8. Authorization to enter into Amendment #4 with Jacobs Engineering for Consulting Services
related to the Well Field Expansion in an amount not to exceed $46,779.00, total contract
amount $281,531.62
9. Wade Trim proposal for design of Barthel - N. Main Drainage Improvements
10. Discussion of a Sanitary Sewer Check Valve Program and Claim Reimbursement for Sanitary
Sewer Backups (Verbal)
