Update on System Extension Guarantee Agreement with Ameren in the amount of $65,940.56 at the Elm Point Water Treatment Facility Wellfield 6. Authorization to Enter into Amendment No. 3 of Agreement For Operations and Maintenance of Wastewater Facilities with Woodard and Curran, Inc. for adjustments to Article V, Compensation, in the amount of $138,514.00, total contract amount not to exceed $2,077,459.55 7.
